This is a recipe taken from Tosca Reno’s book, Eat-Clean Diet for Kids and Family
- 1/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1/4 cup amaranth flour
- 1/4 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 cup kamut flour
- 1/4 cup barley flour
- 1/4 cup unbleached wheat flour
Combine different flours in a sealed container and store in fridge or dark cold place such as cold room.
