Mocha Coconut Smoothie

Ever have a Venti Mocha Coconut Frappaccino Light? The are amazing, but oh not so good for you!  Here is my twist on the Coffee Chain’s beverage of MY choice!



In the mix:

  • handful of spinach
  • 2 T Greek 0% Yogurt
  • 1T shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 t cocoa
  • expresso powder and/or small shot of strong coffee
  • 1 scoop chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 shot Davinci Sugar-free Coconut syrup
  • 1-2 cup ice

Blend till smooth, and YUM!

    I just wanted to ask, can you taste the green of the spinach? This looks great! Thanks for posting it! =)

      I can’t taste the spinach at all… although I have been drinking green smoothies for a long time. I can promise you it doesn’t taste like drinking a spinach salad though!
